We are seeking a highly motivated and organised candidate to support the CEO within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and play a key role in driving corporate objectives and strategic initiatives across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered against key performance metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in driving corporate objectives and strategic priorities across the business
  • Coordinate and track project plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather updates, maintain momentum, and ensure accountability
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings, ensuring alignment to business goals
  • Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
  • Support overall project control, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visibility of progress

 

Skills & Experience

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work confidently with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital innovation and AI
  • Analytical mindset with experience or interest in tracking KPIs and performance metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.  Proven ability to “get things done”

 

 

This role offers direct exposure to CEO level decision making, providing valuable insight into corporate strategy and operations within a manufacturing environment.

 

You will gain hands-on experience in project management and stakeholder engagement. The role offers a well-placed opportunity to apply for permanent employment elsewhere within the organisation following the fixed term of this appointment.
