The Opportunity
Are you looking for an exciting role in a thriving industry located in the South Lakes? We are a leading & packaging manufacturing company on the lookout for Production Operators to join our dedicated team!
You will be responsible for;
Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes
Monitoring quality standards and contribute to high-quality paper production
Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
Identifying and resolve minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Taking part in continuous improvement activities to streamline production
This is a shift position with working 12 hour days/nights on a 3 shift continuous rotation (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)

Experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred but not essential
