We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team, driving growth across our premium packaging and advanced materials portfolio. This role combines new business development with strategic account management, focusing on high‑end global brands and partners across Europe.

 

About the Role

As a key commercial ambassador, you will identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of luxury brand partners. Your insight into market trends, customer expectations, and packaging innovation will directly influence commercial strategy and product development.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline across luxury, premium, and high‑value market segments.
  • Drive new business development through networking, market insights, and direct outreach.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term relationship growth.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across technical, purchasing, and leadership functions.
  • Negotiate moderately complex commercial contracts, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data, using insights to shape commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Technical, Operations, R&D, and Commercial.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and luxury packaging trends to identify opportunities.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in business development or account management within packaging, ideally premium or luxury sectors.
  • Experience working with luxury brands, luxury merchants, or converters.
  • Fluent in English and French (additional European languages beneficial).
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • CRM proficiency and a structured approach to pipeline management.
  • A proactive, forward‑thinking mindset aligned with our values.
