As a Quality Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our site meets the high standards our customers expect. You’ll help us raise the bar on product performance, reliability, and compliance working at the heart of a team that supports global brands and breakthrough innovations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be trusted to:

  • Make informed decisions on product quality within our hold system
  • Lead and support root‑cause investigations with accuracy and clarity
  • Work collaboratively with technical, operational, and commercial teams
  • Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Support CAPA activities and audit preventative measures
  • Build dashboards and reports that inform, influence, and drive performance
  • Champion quality KPIs and help maintain an excellent compliance record

This is a Grade E days role in Paper and Packaging technical team  

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified in Quality, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline (HNC/HND or degree)
  • Experienced in a manufacturing or process‑led environment
  • Familiar with quality systems and standards such as ISO9001, REACH, FSC/PEFC
  • Analytically sharp, detail‑focused, and solutions‑driven
  • A clear communicator and confident collaborator
  • Ideally experienced with Q-Pulse or similar QMS tools
